Interview with Powerlifter Shannon Detman
My first female powerlifter interview (yes, it is about time!). Shannon is currently ranked number 37 on the all time historical squat record for the 181 lbs. weight division and was the 2009 AAPF Illinois State female lifter of the year.
Shannon talks about how she got into powerlifting, her training methods, training with gear, and her goals for 2010.
